Physically, the Fuelweaver is a somewhat larger than human reanimated skeleton wreathed in shadow with bright red magic reinforcing the bones, radiating out from a glowing core in his chest. The same red magic gives him three glowing eyes, two in his original eye sockets and one in a hole in the center of his forehead. He's mostly humanoid except for the skull, which resembles that of an ungulate and has large curled horns. It is not permanently attached and doesn't need to be for him to see or speak out of it; in melee combat he's quick to pull it off his neck and use it as a bludgeon. Upon close inspection, his bones are fossilised.
As a large portion of his power was drawn from the shadow-magic conduits of the Ancient Civilization in the Constant, that's been inaccessible since he arrived on the Serena Eterna, along with his ability to bring shadow constructs to life. He still has the ability to form simple shapes from summoned bones for offensive or defensive use, although they don't last long, and can use his shadowy aura to block blows. Some of his ability to transmute emotional distress into Nightmare Fuel and vice versa is intact (on an OOC opt-in basis), but it's no longer unnaturally terrifying to simply stand next to him.
He doesn't need to eat regular food but does consume Nightmare Fuel to sustain himself outside the Atrium and refuel his magic.
